When

Event: June 18 - June 22, 2008;
Gatherings: June 17;
Travel days: June 16 or 17 and June 22.
     The 16 or 17 and the 22 are travel days.
** If you are attending the gatherings here they will be held on the 17th. Otherwise, arrive anytime convenient for you on the 17th, and leave anytime on the 22th. On June 18th, the opening presentation begins at 10 AM, which means you must be registered, checked in and ready by then. Because this event is a group effort, and the presentations are all essential components of the transformation that we wish to create, no partial attendance is permitted. Event Minimum Donation

Event Minimum Donation: $333.00 (does not include transportation, lodging, or food – please see below)
Suggested Discounted Rates Available for early donations, as follow:
  $250.00 if paid in full by November 30, 2007 (early bird special)
  $275.00 if paid in full by February 29, 2008.
  $300.00 if paid in full by April 30, 2008.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive any discounted event donation, the entire amount must be received in full by the date noted on the current above schedule.
Donation for Children’s:
  Age 5 and under:         No donation
  Ages 6-11:                   $75.00
  Age 12 and older:      Regular Adult Donation (see above)
Donations for Family:
  Families of three or more will receive a $50.00 per adult person discount. There are no family discounts on the child rates.
PLEASE NOTE:  Due to limited space, reservations are not held without a deposit. Once a deposit is given, there are NO REFUNDS. All registration payments, including those made by credit card, are NON-REFUNDABLE.  All canceled reservation deposits will be put into the scholarship fund to assist others in attending.
